What is the difference between Creator Standard and Creator Pro?
Creator Standard unlocks the complete Community library, attributed collections, Apply to Canvas, the Creator workspace, and approval-gated Director Agent. Creator Pro adds full-managed Agent runs with guarded image/video auto-run plus premium Agent models; TTS and publish still require explicit approval.
Do Creator subscriptions include generation credits?
The first successful paid Creator subscription grants 500 credits exactly once. They do not renew monthly. Image and video generation is metered at the visible Canvas rate after that balance is used, so neither subscription is an unlimited-compute plan.
Can I try the recipes before subscribing?
Yes. Every generated proof and source note is public, and five allowlisted recipes expose their complete prompts for free. Locked recipes show a useful preview before checkout.
Can I use the recipes for commercial work?
You can use the recipes to create your own projects, subject to Vixel's Terms and the model provider's rules. You may not resell, mirror, or bulk-export the prompt library itself.
Why is an attributed public asset included in a paid workflow?
The collection remains credited to Kōda. The subscription pays for Vixel's hosted searchable index, curation, stable previews, durable provenance, and one-click Canvas workflow—not ownership, authorship, or exclusivity over the source asset.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Creator subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Open Account → Plans & billing to update payment, review invoices, switch plans, or cancel renewal in Stripe. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period, so access continues until that date. A verified full refund revokes the related subscription access and reverses first-paid credits only when that exact first invoice originally granted the 500-credit bonus. Taxes may apply at checkout.
What happens if a Creator credit pack is fully refunded?
A verified full refund reverses the full credit grant from that pack once and revokes the base Workspace/standard Agent access granted by that purchase. If some credits were already used, the Creator balance may become negative and paid generation stays blocked until later credits cover it. Other active subscriptions or credit-pack grants remain unchanged.
